Delta-Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company Parade

The Delta-Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company Parade Committee would like to invite you to participate in this years annual Fireman’s Parade on the 11th of July 2009. The parade will commence at 5:00pm sharp with line-up beginning at 3:00pm. All entries will receive their position upon arrival for line-up. Complete the enclosed Entry Form and return. DEADLINE for entry is July 3, 2009. Entries received after the deadline will be placed at the end of the parade lineup.

Apparatus, floats, tractors, marching units and much more will be included in this year’s parade. The parade route will begin at the Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary School traveling down Main Street onto Dooley Road ending at Line Road entrance to the Mason-Dixon Fair parking area. Refer to the reverse side of this page for Entry Categories.

If this parade invitation is reaching your organization too late to commit, please contact one of the committee members or return the Entry Form with the information in order for us to reserve your group next year.

Parade entries will be judged for Best Appearing and awards will be announced at 8:00 pm on the Fair Grounds at the pavilion adjacent to the food stand.
